With over seven years of hands-on experience inside property management — from leasing and community management to corporate training and portfolio-level marketing leadership — I understand the realities behind occupancy goals, resident retention, and operational pressure.
I have supported 60+ properties across PMS transitions, lease-ups, acquisitions, and integrated marketing initiatives. From overseeing the migration of 60 properties from AppFolio to RealPage with Knock and G5 integrations, to managing 65+ social media accounts and executing performance-driven advertising campaigns, our experience is rooted in execution — not theory.
